Scouting for Elections:






Have you ever tried to figure out why the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints chose the Scouting Program as the means of training and educating its boys about the Priesthood of God?






The Scouting Program serves as a model for life and also serves as a model for Eternal Life.






How so?






Look upon the various Elections that God gives us as if they are merit badges in the Scouting Program.






In order to get a merit badge, you have to accomplish certain tasks, Callings, or requirements. What happens when you have finished or completed all of the requirements or Callings associated with a specific merit badge or Election? Well, then you have earned or qualified for that particular merit badge or Election. The whole thing becomes Sure when the merit badge is awarded to you in a Court of Honor and the merit badge becomes your for all Eternity.






Some of the merit badges are very hard, and some of them are easy. Some of the merit badges are required, and some of them are electives.






What happens when you finish or complete the right combination of merit badges or Elections in the Scouting Program? You become an Eagle Scout; and then, you become a God in the Scouting Program.






Now, let me ask a very important question.






Can you go on and get additional merit badges and awards in the Scouting Program after you have finished and been awarded the Eagle Scout (or Godhood award) in the Scouting Program?






Yes.






Imagine what additional awards or rewards or merit badges or glories God the Father and Heavenly Mother are currently working towards now that they have become Gods. What motivates them to do what they do? It's their love for us that motivates them.


Every Needful Thing:






There is additional depth and greater understanding available than what I have revealed here. I clearly still have things to learn. Towards the end of his life, Hugh Nibley said that every time he goes to an LDS Temple, he learns something new. That’s the nature of this beast. There will always be more to learn and master.






So, why bother posting here if I am going to be unable to finish anything that I start?






It’s because there have been some people here on LDS Freedom Forum who have treated me kindly and with great respect during Private Messaging. They have become my friends. I now post what I post for them.






Have I been given enough to answer all of my critics and all of the criticism?






No.






There will always be critics and criticism. Even God the Father and Jesus Christ are plagued by them, always have been and always will be.






But, I believe that there is enough here to be helpful to those of my friends that I have been interacting with in Private Messaging here on the LDS Freedom Forum.


I have been commanded not to write, not to reveal, and not to share some of the things that I have received from the Lord and from my LDS friends.






Now, before any initiate starts getting excited and starts pressing me to reveal my secrets, let me tell you that everything I know and everything that has been revealed to me IS openly and freely available to any Latter-day Saint within the LDS Scriptures and at the LDS Temples. It's all there.






The things I am sharing here are no secret. They are things that have always been available to the Saints and things that will always be available to the Saints in the Church of Jesus Christ. They are things that always have been, and things that will always be.






Study the lesson that was taught in Kung-Fu Panda. What did Po learn on his way to becoming the Dragon Warrior?






Po learned that there is NO secret ingredient. Everything he needed was already there inside him waiting to be found.






What does this teach you?






There is no need for you to go out into the desert and find a guru who is willing to teach you what you need to know before you can achieve Exaltation and Eternal Life.






There is no need to pay for expensive seminars and books in an attempt to find some kind of Secret Ingredient for making your Callings and Elections Finished or Sure.






It was shared with me and revealed to me that when it comes to all the different Callings and Elections, there is NO secret ingredient. You do the required work and then you receive the desired Election.






Everything you need to get you started and to keep you going for the rest of Eternity is found inside the LDS Temples. If you want to know it all and have it all, then just keep attending the LDS Temples from now until the end of Eternity. Keep progressing line by line and precept by precept through all of the Callings and Elections that God sends your way. Keep pressing forward. Keep moving forward into the Light.






What is the Celestial Kingdom? It is just a bigger version of an LDS Temple. That’s the secret that is hidden clearly in plain sight for all who are willing to look and see.






How do you finish and qualify for your next Election? You do so by fulfilling and magnifying your current Callings. Doing the work associated with your current Callings prepares you to receive your next Election. That's the way the Prophets of God in the LDS scriptures did it. We are encouraged to do the same.






When you have finished, or completed, or perfected your current Election, then God will give you a bunch of New Callings to help prepare you for your next Election, or guide you towards your next Election, or to help you work towards your next Election. It requires work. Faith without works is dead. When you get the right combination of Elections put together, finished, completed, or made Sure, then you become a God or a Goddess. And then, the work really begins.






Once one Election has been Finished, Completed, or made Sure, then God simply issues a New Calling. It’s that simple.






Once one Election has been made Sure, then God points you to the next one. Once one Election has been completed, then God gives you a Calling (or Callings) to help you pursue the next Election. The new accomplishment builds upon the previous accomplishments. There’s really nothing secret or magical about it. God is in charge of it all, and He will take you along the path as quickly or as slowly as you want to go. You will build your own mansion in Heaven as you go along.






There is NO secret ingredient. You will be able to find everything you need inside the LDS Temples. This is what the Latter-day Saints around me have taught me; and, we got it all from the Lord, from the LDS Scriptures, from prayerfully seeking and asking, and from the LDS Temples. It's hidden there in plain sight for anyone who wants to go to the LDS Temple to look and see.






My sacred experiences and secret promises are for me alone. I have been commanded not to reveal them and not to share them in public. You will have to go get your own. When you get your own, they will be for you alone, and you will be told not to share them with the public.


Don't look towards me for salvation and exaltation. Look to the Church of Jesus Christ and to Jesus Christ. Start the whole journey towards Godhood and Eternal Life inside the LDS Temples. Get on the path that leads towards God, and then choose to stay on the path for the rest of your existence. Stick with the Church of Jesus Christ until you become a God. Let God take it all at the pace that He has ordained for you. It's that simple.


There is no new doctrine and nothing new that I am presenting here. It's already available in the LDS Church, the LDS Scriptures, the LDS Temples, and the LDS Ordinances. As some of my LDS friends have taught me, it's all right there in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints hidden in plain sight for anyone to see, seek, learn, and find. It's the same thing that was given to every Prophet throughout the whole of human history, and it is the same thing that will be given to every Prophet forevermore. It's only new if you have never been introduced to it before. But, when you finally see it and understand it, you suddenly realize that it was always there all the way along just waiting for you to look, see, find, and understand.


It's so simple, that you will be tempted to believe that there must be something more to it than just this. That's also the nature of the First Principles and Ordinances of the Gospel. There is a lot of power packed into a very tiny package. There is Eternal Life packed into a very simple message.


If you have a desire to make it more complex, then start by reading the books that Hugh Nibley wrote, after having read D&C 84 a million times, of course. I have found the book of Moses and Abraham Chapter 1 helpful as well. The book of Moses in the Pearl of Great Price is just a more detailed and more complex Endowment Ceremony. That's what my mother told me thirty-five years ago.


In the book of Moses, Moses receives Blessings or Elections, and then Moses is issued new Callings. Once Moses achieves those Blessings or Elections and makes them a Sure Part of his life, then God gives Moses additional Callings. The same thing happens to every Prophet in the Book of Moses, to every Prophet in the Doctrine and Covenants, and to every Prophet in the Book of Mormon. Once a Blessing is granted by God, then a new Calling is given by God. It is Eternal Progression. It is one Eternal Round without end.
