Multiple Elections

Multiple Elections:

I can see now where some people are having difficulty with this, because they have been taught that there is only one Election that they can have made Sure. Your eyes open and your mind expands when you realize that there are Multiple Elections, multiple blessings, multiple talents, and multiple spiritual gifts that you can receive from Heavenly Father, not just the one.

I can talk about this because it is in D&C 132, and it is freely available to the public.

With the exception of one person here on LDS Freedom Forum, everyone else seems to be saying that I had MY Calling and Election Made Sure. The Holy Ghost has told them that they are going to be a single lone Angel in the lowest degree of the Celestial Kingdom in the next life. Yes, they have had an Election made sure, but is that the most valuable Election that they can have made sure?

They should be thinking and asking God, “What's next?”

What is next? Which Election is next?

Well, D&C 132 tells us which Election is next, or which Election they should be striving to make sure.

Once a man has had his Calling and Election made Sure, then the next step is for the man to help his wife make her Calling and Election Sure. That's the next Election on the man's list.

When the wife's Election is made Sure, then together the couple can approach God and together have their Eternal Marriage or Celestial Marriage sealed by the Holy Spirit of Promise. The Eternal Marriage is an Election, a gift, a blessing from God the Father.

I suggest for your consideration that having an Eternal Marriage sealed by the Holy Spirit of Promise and made Sure is of infinitely more worth than having one's own individual personal Calling and Election made Sure.

As far as I know, there is only one individual on this Forum who is talking about his Eternal Marriage being made Sure, where together with his wife he had their Election or Eternal Marriage Made Sure.

What does it mean when this particular Election is made Sure? It means that the Eternal Marriage of this couple is made Sure, meaning that together they are going to enter into the Highest Degree of the Celestial Kingdom, and together they are going to be King and Queen, God and Goddess, Heavenly Father and Heavenly Mother over their own Kingdom someday.

In my humble opinion, that's a much more valuable Election to have made Sure than the Election that grants an individual a single pass into the lowest degree of the Celestial Kingdom.

Any time God makes one of your Elections Sure, then you should be asking God, “What's next?” God will tell you what's next if you ask Him.
